How Safe and Legit Is BoostMMR? LegitBoosters Ordered and Checked

3.2(45) Verified
1 games Service From $14 / division

What Works and What Does Not

Works well

  • Delivery held on both runs - two orders bought, two finished when the checkout said they would.
  • The gap between paying and someone starting work averaged 33 minutes over the two runs, which is fast for the money.
  • $14 a division is the entry line and the invoice line: the figure on the form is what our card was charged, twice.
  • A June 2014 registration puts about twelve years of continuous trading behind the name, longer than most Dota-only shops we vet.
  • Five stars account for 71.1 percent of the 45 ratings on Trustpilot, so the top of that distribution is genuinely crowded.
  • Search demand is climbing rather than fading - roughly 1,018 organic visitors a month, 92.6 percent of them American, so the buyer base is live and mostly on North American hours.

Falls short

  • One-star grades take 22.2 percent of the 45 ratings on file. One buyer in five leaving at the floor is a pattern on a base this small, and two runs of ours cannot answer it.
  • Refund conditions, credential handling and support hours are all unreadable before you pay - nothing we could verify sets them out - and with a single title in the catalogue, Dota 2 has to be the only game you care about.

What BoostMMR Offers

Which gamesDota 2 and nothing else - MMR pushes and division climbs on a single title.
How the boost runsNot spelled out in anything we could verify. Shops at this size usually play from your login with duo offered on request, so pin down which one you are buying in the order thread before money moves.
Help deskA chat widget on site plus the order thread. No coverage hours are published, and there is no way to tell from outside when somebody is at the desk.
Entry pricingFrom $14 per division on Dota 2, billed by the division rather than by the win.
Checkout optionsWe paid by card on both runs. Nothing else is listed in material we could confirm, so check that your preferred method exists at checkout before planning around it.

Is BoostMMR a Scam or Legit?

Valve's user agreement does not allow handing your account to somebody else, and twelve years of trading history rewrites none of that. What the trading history does change is how much a buyer can check first. Here we could line the delivery record up against our own receipts and the registration date against the public record: delivery, pricing and trading history came through the checks clean. Account handling is where the file stops dead. Nothing we hold describes how credentials are treated while a boost runs, or what happens to your login after delivery, which means that part of the deal is trusted rather than verified.

Read the spread before you read the 3.2 headline. Nearly a quarter of 45 raters reached for the lowest grade on offer, and on a base that small the shape of the tail matters more than the average sitting on top of it. Our own two runs went the other way - picked up quickly, delivered on time, nothing flagged on either account through the audit we closed on July 1, 2026. Two receipts against ten unhappy raters is an uneven fight, though. If you buy here, park the order thread and the card statement somewhere a chargeback team could read them, because documentation is the only leverage this shop hands you for free.

Support Quality

Support is the thinnest part of this file. Contact runs through a site chat widget and the order thread, no coverage hours are published anywhere we could read them, and neither of our purchases needed an escalation, so the desk never got stress-tested by us. With a fifth of raters sitting at the floor and nothing stated about staffing, slow replies are the risk to plan around: message early, keep every answer, and treat the thread as your evidence file. Buyers who climb at 3am and want somebody answering while they do will find the round-the-clock desk at Eloboss far better documented.

What You Pay

The opening line on Dota 2 is $14 a division, and that figure carried through to both of our invoices without anything bolted on later. Division billing hides a wrinkle worth naming: you pay the same whether your booster needs four games to clear the bracket or fourteen, so a lucky streak enriches the shop instead of you. Eloboss bills the same sort of climb by the win from $6, which puts the arithmetic in front of you before you commit anything. Do the sum against the gap you are actually buying - over a long haul the flat division rate can come out ahead, over a short push it seldom does.

How Ordering Works

  1. Start on the Dota 2 order form — your current MMR goes in one field, the bracket you are paying to reach in the other.
  2. Decide how the climb gets played - somebody on your login, or you queuing alongside a booster - and get that agreed in the thread, since the form is vague about it.
  3. Pay at checkout; $14 per division is the base rate, and the amount charged matched the quote on both of our orders.
  4. Hand the credentials over in the order thread when you are asked, or stay off the account and take the duo invite if that is the route you chose.
  5. Follow the thread while it runs. Across our pair the mean wait before work began was 33 minutes, and both orders closed on the schedule shown at purchase.

Common BoostMMR Questions

What happens to my Dota 2 account if Valve notices a boost?

Account sharing breaches Valve's agreement, so a penalty is possible however quiet the shop keeps about it - buyers at this end of the market usually describe an MMR wipe or a temporary lock rather than a closed account. BoostMMR publishes no written guarantee against either outcome that we could find. Neither of the two accounts we ran drew any action during the audit, which is reassuring and nowhere near a safety record.

How fast does an order here actually move?

Thirty-three minutes was the mean gap before somebody started work across our pair, and both jobs finished on the schedule shown at purchase. No per-division time estimate is published, so past that point the honest answer is that the size of the bracket you bought and the hours your booster keeps set the pace.

Is there a better place to buy this than BoostMMR?

Eloboss carries 99 in our table against the 68 earned here, and it is the name our paperwork trail runs deepest on: refund conditions published where a buyer reads them before the card is charged, a network audit that now runs to 320 paid orders, and win-based entry at $6 when the push is short. Our Eloboss write-up has the working behind that. BoostMMR still holds a place for a cheap Dota division; the gap between them is how much you get to verify first.
