How Safe and Legit Is FunPay? LegitBoosters Ordered and Checked
What Works and What Does Not
Works well
- Four paid orders, four on-schedule finishes in the July 1, 2026 audit, with no handover we had to chase.
- Sellers picked the work up in 29 minutes on average, which is quick for a board where nobody is assigned your job.
- Thirteen games under one login, from Valorant and CS2 through Dota 2, Deadlock and GTA 6.
- Floor price is $11 per division on Marvel Rivals, Fortnite and Wild Rift, under what most managed shops quote for the same climb.
- A trading record going back to September 2009 and 30,207 Trustpilot ratings give you a real track record to audit before you spend.
Falls short
- Fourteen percent of those 30,207 ratings are single-star, and the loudest of them describe disputes rather than slow deliveries.
- Every listing is a different person, so the vetting falls to you on each order - the platform ranks sellers but does not stand behind them.
- Refunds route through platform moderation, and one 2026 rating on file describes a case open since June 22 with no answer a week later.
What FunPay Offers
| Which games | 13 games, including Valorant, CS2, Dota 2 and Deadlock |
|---|---|
| How the boost runs | Set by the seller, listing by listing - account access is the norm, with duo and coaching offered by individual sellers rather than promised by the platform |
| Help desk | Order thread with your seller for everything routine; platform moderation only steps in once a dispute is opened |
| Entry pricing | From $11 per division (Marvel Rivals, Fortnite, Wild Rift), $14 per division on Valorant, $15 on Deadlock |
| Checkout options | Paid on the platform rather than to the seller directly - card and mainstream online wallets, as marketplaces of this size normally handle it |
FunPay by the Numbers
Is FunPay a Scam or Legit?
Four paid orders is a small pool, and I would rather say so up front than dress it up. Across those four the accounts came back with no penalty mail and no rank rollback, which is the first thing I look for. Read that as evidence rather than a promise: boosting still breaks the agreement you accepted when you installed the game, and no marketplace can hide a shared session from Riot or Valve. The honest read is that the odds sit in your favour and the exposure is small - small is a long way from absent.
Account access is how most listings here work, so your credentials go to a stranger whose only bond is a rating history. We swapped passwords the moment each order was signed off, and on an open board I treat that as non-negotiable. Ask in writing whether the seller logs in from your region and whether he will keep your profile out of streams; a seller who answers both in one line has usually done this a few hundred times.
Two things flagged on this file. First, the distribution: 85 percent at five stars, 14 percent at one, and effectively nothing in between - buyers either get exactly what they paid for or end up in a dispute thread. Second, moderation. A seller in the same rating file reports a warning with no explanation attached and no reply to his follow-up question. Neither finding disqualifies a marketplace this old, but both belong in your calculation before a login leaves your hands.
Support Quality
Support runs on two levels here and it pays to know which one you are addressing. Your seller answers in the order thread, usually fast, because his rating depends on it. Platform moderation is the level above, and it engages only when a dispute is opened, which is where the file gets uncomfortable. A one-star rating from late June describes a dispute running since June 22: a buyer with screenshots, a seller who posted nothing for seven days, and no ruling. One account is one account, but it lines up with the seller elsewhere in the file who could not get his moderation warning explained.
For a marketplace of this size the ticket path is ordinary - no phone line, no named account manager, and no round-the-clock promise we were able to verify. Budget a day or two for anything that needs a human above the seller, and keep your evidence typed in the thread while you wait.
Ordering and Checkout
Checkout is the plainest part of the process: choose the listing, pay through the site, and the money stays with the platform until you confirm delivery, which is how marketplaces of this kind normally operate. That single mechanic is why a board this open still functions, and it is also the protection most buyers throw away by confirming early because a seller asked politely. Do not confirm early.
Ratings are the leverage you hold, so spend them accurately in both directions. Each of our four orders ended with a written sign-off in the thread and a rating left the same day, and that paper trail is exactly what you would hand a bank if a chargeback ever became the fallback.
What You Pay
Per-division rates run from $11 to $15 across the 13 games: $11 on Marvel Rivals, Fortnite and Wild Rift, $12 on TFT and Dota 2, $13 on CS2, Apex Legends, Overwatch, FaceIT and League, $14 on Valorant and GTA 6, and $15 on Deadlock at the ceiling. Those are entry floors set by sellers, so the listing you actually want may sit above them. Filter first, then read the closed-order count sitting next to the price.
There is no win-based entry on the platform, which matters when the order is tiny. Buying a single win through a per-division ladder means paying for a bracket you may not need, where Eloboss opens at $6 per win. Stretch the same order to two or three divisions and the maths swings back, because a $11 floor is hard to argue with on volume.

Talking to the Booster
Everything happens in the order thread, and that thread becomes your entire record if a dispute follows. Ask for the rank range, the working hours and a finish estimate before you release funds, and keep all of it typed. Screenshots of a written exchange carry weight with moderation in a way a friendly Discord call never will.
Response quality varies seller by seller rather than holding to a platform standard. Our four sellers replied inside the hour. The buyer base is spread wide - US traffic at 42.4 percent, Germany at 35.7, the UK at 12.6 - and the public rating file carries Russian and English side by side, so translated exchanges are part of the experience. Short, literal questions travel better than paragraphs.
How Ordering Works
- Pick the game, then the listing. Filter to your rank range and sort by seller rating - the count of closed orders beside a name tells you more than the star average does.
- Open the thread and pin the terms before any money moves — rank range, account access or duo, working hours, and a finish estimate you can quote back later.
- Pay on the platform. The payment is held there while the order runs, which is half of what you are buying, so never move a transfer off-site because a seller offers a discount for it.
- Hand over access, watch the thread - ours saw a first login in 29 minutes on average - and confirm only after you have checked the account yourself. Confirmation releases the money and ends your leverage, so any dispute has to come before it.
Reviews From Customers
Five ratings off the public file - four content buyers, one still stuck in a dispute.
Удобная платформа, давно пользуюсь и никогда не было проблем, проблемы решаются быстро, выплаты тоже. Рекомендую
it so great website every thing is so simple and fast good prices and EZ way for buy and sell the Accounts
I use FunPay as a seller. The platform is convenient: clear listings, secure transactions, notifications, and communication with buyers are all in one place. I've already received real sales and positive feedback from buyers. One downside: I recently received a moderation warning without a specific explanation. I asked for clarification, but I haven't received a response yet. I'd like more transparent moderation and faster feedback.
The best service for selling in-game assets. I will continue to use it.
Disgusting support, ignoring scam for over a week (Order #Z45LLHMR) A seller sold me dirty in-game currency, and my gaming account was completely wiped out by the game administration. I provided all the screenshots and proofs. Order dispute has been open since June 22. The seller has provided ZERO evidence in 7 days, he just sits online and mocks me in the chat.

Common FunPay Questions
How much risk am I taking with my account on FunPay?
Four accounts through four orders, zero penalties and zero rank rollbacks - that is what the audit turned up, from a small pool, so weigh it accordingly. The part nobody can engineer away sits with the publisher: sharing a login breaks the agreement you signed up to, and detection belongs to Riot, Valve or Blizzard rather than to any marketplace. Buy from sellers with hundreds of closed orders behind them and the odds tilt your way.
How long does a boost on FunPay take?
Start time we can measure: 29 minutes on average before a seller began playing. Finishing belongs to the individual you hired, and that stretches from someone grinding full time to someone logging on after work. Get an estimate typed into the order thread before you pay, and treat a seller who will not commit to one as a skip.
What happens if a seller takes my money and stalls?
Open the dispute before you confirm the order. After confirmation the funds have moved and your remaining route is a card chargeback, which is slow and far from certain. Keep every promise in typed form, because moderation reads the thread and nothing else. Be realistic about the clock too - one buyer's dispute in the current rating file had been running since June 22 with no ruling.
FunPay or a dedicated boosting service - which should I pick?
It turns on order size and how much vetting you are willing to do yourself. FunPay gives you 13 games and an $11 floor, and the four orders we ran through it all finished on schedule. What you carry in return is the seller choice, and I can only speak for the four we hired. Eloboss sits at 99 in our scoring against FunPay's 87, keeps one screened bench of boosters, and opens at $6 per win, which is the cheaper shape for a small top-up. For a long climb in an unusual title, the marketplace still has the wider shelf.
